After travelling the UK chasing big carp for over thirty years we've finally found our Mecca.

From Broadlands to Kingfisher lakes, Cobbleacre Park, Waveney Valley, Suffolk Water Park, Linear, Bluebell, Elphicks, and many more we finally found our spiritual home. My wife and I, with children and our first grand-daughter still love to bivvy up, but there's nothing quite like having a luxury holiday home to retreat to with all the bells and whistles once it's time to pull the rods in.

Due to unfortunate and unavoidable family circumstances we are selling 2 of our luxury holiday homes on the lovely Carlton Meres holiday park. Both vans were bought in 2022, preowned from the site sales team. We added full decking to both holiday homes and both are next to one another on the Mallard part of the site, less than a one minute walk from the lakes.

Boasting two large lakes, superbly maintained by park owners who are as passionate about their fishing as they are the park, Carlton Meres offers seasoned anglers the opportunity for a UK personal best. Both well stocked lakes hold a great head of hard fighting heritage carp, up to the high thirties in both lakes.

The two lakes boast acres of water catering for all types of fishing from Carp through to Tench, Rudd and Bream. Both lakes tend to be weedy during the summer months so plan your session accordingly. A selection of boilies are always great to bring along but don't ignore devastating carp catchers like Bait-Tech's 'N-Tice Polony' or good old fashioned deli counter garlic sausage. Please check fishery rules and ensure you bring along a suitable carp care kit. Bait boats are allowed.

Our privately owned holiday homes are of the highest pedigree: large and spacious 36ft by 12ft modern vans, some with end double patio doors leading onto a large veranda and barbecue area.

The lakes are from a mere one minute walk with gear loaded in your barrow.

FISHERY RULES: All guests have can fish from dawn till 10pm. 2 RODS MAXIMUM! You must be in possession of a valid rod license and you have the choice from many well presented swims across both lakes.
